Welcome to Kwick Travels. By using our website and booking our car rental, taxi service, tempo traveller hire, bus booking, or outstation cabs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.
General Conditions
- Kwick Travels acts as a service provider for car rentals, outstation taxi booking, tempo traveller hire, luxury bus rentals, intercity and one-way cabs.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without assigning reasons if deemed necessary.
Booking Policy
- Bookings can be made via our official website, customer support, or authorized partners.
- Accurate details (pickup location, date, time, number of passengers, and travel destination) must be provided.
- Bookings are valid only after receiving confirmation from Kwick Travels through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Payment Terms
- Advance payment is mandatory to confirm bookings.
- Remaining balance must be cleared before the commencement of the journey.
- Tariff includes base fare, fuel charges, driver allowance; however, toll charges, state permits, parking, and night charges are to be paid by the customer unless mentioned.
- Accepted payment modes: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or cash.
Vehicle & Driver Policy
- Vehicle type (hatchback, sedan, SUV, tempo traveller, luxury bus, Innova, Innova Crysta, etc.) will be provided as per booking. In case of unavailability, a similar category will be provided.
- Drivers are professional and trained, and their contact details will be shared before the trip.
- Customers must not force drivers to exceed speed limits, violate traffic rules, or take unsafe routes.
- Driver waiting charges apply if customer delays beyond scheduled pickup time.
Usage Policy
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.
- Passengers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety during travel.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be chargeable.
- Pets are allowed only if pre-informed and agreed by Kwick Travels.
Outstation & One-Way Rentals
- Outstation cabs are charged on round-trip basis with minimum daily kilometer usage (e.g., 250 km/day for cars, 300 km/day for tempo travellers/buses).
- One-way cab services are available for select routes and priced separately.
- Night charges may apply for trips starting or ending between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 24 hours before pickup → Eligible for refund after deducting service charges.
- 12–24 hours before pickup → 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 12 hours before pickup → No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Liabilities & Limitations
- Kwick Travels will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or unforeseen events.
- Customers are responsible for their belongings. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
- In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be arranged at the earliest possible time.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide valid ID proof at the time of travel.
- Be present at pickup location at scheduled time.
- Pay all additional charges (if applicable) during or after the trip.
- Treat drivers with respect and follow travel etiquette.
Modification of Booking
- Any change in route, pickup/drop location, or travel timing after booking confirmation will be chargeable and subject to availability.
- Kwick Travels reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of incorrect or incomplete details.
Promotional Offers & Discounts
- Offers, promo codes, and discounts are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless stated.
- Kwick Travels reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers without prior notice.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes and legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
